I’ve been to many hairdressers over the years, but I’ve never met someone quite like Emma. I feel at ease with her warmth and genuine kindness. As an older client, I can say that finding someone who truly listens and understands my hair needs is a rarity. She is a true artist, and her talent shines through in every cut and color she does. Emma also works magic with virgin hair extensions! Her expertise in blending them seamlessly into natural hair is just stunning. She knows exactly how to add volume and length in a way that feels so natural! Emma’s attention to detail and her dedication to ensuring that each client leaves 100% satisfied. Your future looks bright Emma! You are an absolute gem, and I can’t recommend you enough! If you’re looking for someone who’s both talented and beautiful inside and out, Emma is your go-to!

The owner called the police to have me removed when I went in to complain about the shoddy workmanship of how my hair extensions were put in. I asked them to fix my hair and was treated like I was neurotic for complaining. There is no working phone for this business so I had to drive 40km to go there only to be removed by police when I refused to leave until my $1800 hair extensions were put in properly. The owner will not have the need to take out a restraining order and I am not a liar as she seems to tell all her customers with any issues. I will not be back. This place is dirty and they rush to get as many people through the door as possible. And when the police are called on a customer for complaining about a service rather than fixing the issue I wonder how this salon is still in business. Carla Lawson, stands by her hair, it is beautiful and exactly as promoted it’s such a pity the only place in Ballarat that provides this hair are completely unprofessional and unreasonable. Carla Lawson will be fixing my hair but I will now have to drive over 200klm to have them lifted. I highly recommend Carla Lawson hair however I do not recommend Eve Salon at all. Terrible customer service.
