We booked a multi-leg Philippines itinerary including flights, ferries and private transfers. From the beginning, we were explicit: we wanted an upscale, curated, concierge-level experience. On paper, the itinerary looked strong. Some resorts were excellent. In practice, the delivery reflected logistics coordination rather than premium curation. Day one set the tone. We arrived late in Manila and were departing early the next morning — meaning the first hotel was purely functional, for a short overnight stay. Despite this, we were placed in Intramuros, while multiple higher-quality and more practical options were available closer to the airport and major hotels. Upon arrival, the driver asked which hotel we were going to. The assigned hotel did not meet the discussed standard (no hot water, unpleasant smell). When raised, we were told in writing that the service provided is not concierge-level but logistics management. That clarification became important as the trip unfolded. During the trip we encountered: • Transfer confusion and vehicle mismatch. • Separate ferry seats for a family of four despite prior request. • Seat modification request on the Manila–Kuala Lumpur flight initially delegated back to us to handle, even though it was part of the arranged itinerary. • A request to transport another guest’s insulin between islands — effectively asking a paying client to carry third-party prescription medication without medical documentation. In a jurisdiction known for strict drug enforcement and severe penalties, this introduces avoidable legal risk and a contingency no traveler should be placed in. • Final travel day required a 5:00am departure from Coron, flight routed into Clark Airport (CRK) — approximately 111 km from Manila — followed by a ~90-minute land transfer and only around 4 hours in the city before the long-haul night flight, despite alternative routing options existing. The issue was not one isolated mistake, but a recurring pattern of reactive management in what was positioned as a premium, fully curated journey. When concerns were raised, adjustments were limited and meaningful alternatives were rarely offered, leaving the experience largely dependent on a single operational viewpoint. If you are comfortable placing full trust in a logistics-driven model with limited flexibility once underway, this may suit you. If you expect proactive solutions, optionality, and decisions consistently optimized around your comfort and profile, consider carefully before booking.

Our warmest thank you to Evasion Tropicale.for making our El Nido tour a one of a kind experience to treasure in a lifetime! From day 1 of my inquiry, you can really sense how accommodating they are and works efficiently. Not just their staff, but thanks also to their lodging partner who made us felt "at home" during our entire stay. Thumbs up too for a job well done by their travel guide partners. They surely created Tour A an enjoyable one. There were lots of "good to know" things that the tourist guide/bangkeros shared to us from each island we visited, history, and amazing food, Kudos Evasion Tropicale! Looking forward to settling another tour from you guys😀!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍👍👍👍👍
