Evan's Truck and Trailer Repair

Evan was such an amazing help. My truck wouldn't start and was making a really awful noise. He answered when I called. He asked about the problem and reassured me that as long as it had oil, it could be fixed. He could not come immediately but showed up bright and early the next morning, figured out the problem, and fixed it quickly. It was a simple bolt that disappeared, and the starter came loose from the flywheel. He then asked about the truck and what else was needed, and we scheduled a day for him to come fix a leak in one of the trans lines, and change the oil. On that visit, he also did a full inspection, changed fuel and air filters, and reminded me I was due for brakes. He warned me about my tires, as well. One in particular was in danger of a blow-out. As my husband and I are full-time RV residents, we could not take a chance of a blow-out while hauling our 5th wheel. We didn't get tires through Evan, but without this heads up, we could have had a real problem this week. We have scheduled Evan to work on our brakes after payday. Thank you again, Evan, and we will absolutely call you again!

Once again, Evan knew how to fix my problem and make us happy! My husband and I are full-time RV-ers with a 2002 GMC Sierra 2500HD with a 6.7L Duramax Diesel to tow our fifth-wheel. We have called Evan previously to fix a starter issue, and again to do the oil change. Today, we hired Evan to come do the brakes on the truck. It has been "pedal to the floor" to stop, and we thought it needed pads. Evan assessed the issue and found that we didn't actually need pads OR rotors. He bled the brake lines, getting rid of all the old, dirty fluid, and filled it up with new fluid, topping it off, as it was low (it was only to the minimum). He drove it around the block and had me do the same. It was really a night-and-day difference! He saved the day AND saved me $500 or more. We will always call Evan when we are in Mississippi!

I called Evan in need of help with 53’ trailer airline leaking. He answered right away and agreed with time and place to meet. Fast repair and professional. Great communication and knows exactly what he’s doing. Very happy with the service. Anyone a passing Mississippi I recommend calling him.

Evan came out the same day and replaced the hub assembly on my gooseneck trailer. We were stuck and he had us up and running within a few hours of calling. He charged a fair price and got the job done quickly. Would highly recommend if you break down and are in the area.

My wife and I had some break issues with our trailer. Called Even at 9am, he called back by 9:30 and met us at our location by 10am. Assessed the situation, and explained we would be in the road within the day. He then said he was off to get the parts, and had to take care of a local customer that had an appointment, which made sence. However texted me back once he had all the parts, and then again when he was heading our way. Even knew we were on our way back home to Buffalo NY from round trip as far as Dallas Tx. Awsome customer service, kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and price even lower then we assumed being a roadside service. Most of all I would call a friend. Even followed up with us after we were on our way to check in. With trailer troubles, well no one want to meet anyone when in need of help like that, but if I have to break down again, I hope is is within Even coverage area. Broke down on the highway had to get the wheel assembly for my 40ft trailer replaced and Evan did a great job very quick, reliable and prompt services were rendered and had me back up and running in no time i’m back on the road headed to my destination definitely recommend over and over to anyone and definitely 10/10 service. Five stars!!!

Evan was very respectful, timely, and professional. He explained what steps he was going to take to identify my generator problem and the ways he would resolve the problem.

“Evan came out to install an alternator on my motorhome after I had someone else tell that’s what it needed. Evan quickly checked my alternator and battery and found a bad connection between the two. He had me fixed and ready to go in only a few minutes. He could have easily just installed the alternator I had and moved on. I am thankful for him and his honesty, he saved us a lot of money! Best part is I didn’t have to go anywhere! He came to us!”
