During the beginning of my search, when I was looking in different areas for a property, I was also, of course, looking for a realtor. It didn't take long to realize Evan was the best! I could tell he's very busy, with a lot of clients, and with more expensive properties than I was looking at, but he was always available, and/or followed up immediately on everything, all the little details I had know idea about, throughout the process. Evan is extremely knowledgeable, but not only that, he's helpful, and offers resources to address any concerns that may come up. He takes responsibility to find answers to unknown questions. He's very reliable, and prompt! But, I was late multiple times to view properties, and Evan was incredibly patient, understanding, and compassionate. Those qualities are they that a person wants in all their dealings with people in the world, but often seem rare to find! Evan is a gem of a realtor, and a beautiful person. I felt very strongly that I could trust him, that he was looking out for my best interest. Evan guided me through every step, and helped me with challenges. He would make sure I wasn't taken advantage of, and that I knew about certain things to look for, or do. I felt I had a real partner in the process, and he taught me a lot! I'm sure I was Evan's most challenging client. I changed the type of property, and price range three times. Then, I had very specific needs, and had to see everything that fit that parameter, sometimes twice. I was very indecisive, and was looking in a large area, from fort Myers to Crstal River. And, Evan arranged for other realtors to show me houses in cities that were not his expertise. Evan, being very busy, and having multiple clients and projects going on, made it seem like mine was a priority. He went above and beyond throughout every step of the process. I will most definitely be working with Evan again in future, and would recommend him to everyone I know!
