Our garage door started making a loud grinding sound and wouldn’t close evenly. We scheduled service and the technician arrived right on time. He explained the issue clearly, replaced the worn parts, and tested everything before leaving. The door runs smoothly again and feels much more secure.

Our garage door would start to close and then just randomly pop back up for no reason which was driving me crazy. I cleaned the sensors and checked the alignment but nothing seemed to work until I called for a pro. They figured out it was a wiring short near the motor head that I never would have found on my own. They fixed the connection and now I can actually leave my house without worrying if the door stayed open.
