We are currently touring the country, having issues in our Land Cruiser with reverse lights and air conditioning. I took the car to 3 different mechanics and electricians including Toyota and nobody could find the issue. I spoke to Eric on the phone and he gave us an appointment, he found the issue and fixed the problem. Now I am confident to hit the road again on our way to QLD. Thanks Eric
