Jack has been servicing my car for a couple of years now. Always friendly and polite, has great communication, is on time and fairly priced. Doesn't try to up sell and explains everything. It's also really helpful that the business is mobile and you don't have to leave home or work.

Jack is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy, he explained and showed me everything he was doing with replacing the thermostat on my Mercedes A250 which is a pain of a job to do. He was cheaper than what i got quoted elsewhere and explained the cost before doing the work which was handy and came to the house which meant not having to worry about waiting around for the car to be fixed at a mechanic workshop. I felt comfortable leaving my car in his hands

Jack was fantastic! He booked me in quickly and handled the auxiliary battery replacement on my hybrid Merc C350e with great care and expertise. Communication was excellent throughout. I would highly recommend Jack for his expertise, knowledge and professionalism.

I can strongly recommend Jack to undertake any repairs on the BMW and Mercedes GL350. He is very astute in his workmanship and his knowledge of the European vehicle are extensive. He undertook the service of our Mercedes GL350 and also the transmission. During the process Jack kept me informed of the work undertaken. When we had an issue with our BMW we contacted Jack and he did his best to assist in diagnosing the problem. Soon after Jack contacted to see if the matter had been resolved and we believe with the present and after service received we would highly recommend Jack. Jack provided a very thorough service for my daughter's car on the weekend, fitting in with our logistical restraints. He identified and resolved issues that needed immediate attention and provided a quote for other issues that could wait. Very transparent and honest with what needed to be done. Jack even tried to source tyres on the weekend on our behalf! I would recommend Jack to others, and will get Jack to service our other vehicles too. Thank you Jack :-)

We highly recommend Jack. We had spent a very significant sum on our 2010 BMW at another mechanic. Contacted Jack as the engine was smoking and he found time to schedule us in very quickly. He was able to diagnose the issue with his mobile setup, connecting diagnostic tools to read error codes and work out what was happening. He remedied some poor workmanship from the previous mechanic but is also helping us get work fixed under previous work warranty. Worth every penny of the call out fee. What a top bloke, we won’t hesitate to call him in the future.
