We had several 60k mile service tasks on our Mercedes SUV that we wanted to have completed in one day because we live over an hour away, and it's not convenient to make 2 trips. Eurotechnik had some good comments on a neighborhood Facebook page, so we gave them a try since the warranty with Mercedes is up. They told me they have a mechanic with 20 years of experience with Mercedes dealerships, so we felt comfortable that he knows what he's doing. (The dealership sometimes charges 3 times what other mechanics charge, so we wanted to cut the cord with them.) They gave us a reasonable estimate on each of the items and scheduled a day that wasn't too far into the future. We needed 2 new tires as well, and we added that on and an alignment. While we waited, they gave us a loaner car to use for errands. It was a great experience. Ty and Chelsea have great customer service skills and kept me informed along the way. Although it's a long drive, we plan to continue using Eurotechnik to take care of our car.

Eurotechnik did a great and fair priced job on servicing the brakes on my Tesla Model3. After moving to Asheville, I found it difficult to find anyone that could work on Tesla's. Eurotechnik was honest and did not sell me "extras" that I didn't need. I would highly recommend Eurotechnik for your automobile service needs.

Friendly, and knowledgeable. Didn't have to wait long for an appointment. They offered options as far as what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. The repairs made our 2019 run like it did when it was new. Thank you for giving me back that new car drive!

They did a great job on my low mileage, but older BMW Z4. They could have easily requested that I repair multiple things just due to the age of the car, but they were honest and repaired what was truly needed and stated my BMW was overall in good condition.

I was driving back to Boston from Penland, NC, when my car’s AC stopped working right before a 14-hour drive home! I first went to the BMW service center in Asheville, but due to a mistake with my appointment, they couldn’t take me. Feeling let down, I did a quick Google search and found Eurotechnik and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, Tay (Sorry, if I misspelled your name!)at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. The technician who worked on my car was equally amazing. Even though it was late in the day and they were honest about being tight on time, they still managed to squeeze me in and fixed my AC after finishing their scheduled work. I came in around 2 pm, and they had my car ready before closing. Thanks to them, I was able to make the entire 14-hour drive home in a cool, fully functioning car. Honestly, it was working so well that it was almost too cold! I’m beyond grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and honesty. I only wish I had an auto shop like this near where I live. I had a great experience having my old 911 repaired. The staff was responsive and thoughtful, checked with me about pricing, and did what they promised. I’ll go back.

Top tier tech and staff. I had my BMW serviced here for general maintenance and fluid changes and brake pad issues. Unfortunately I had an unforeseen stripped caliper that they made me aware that required a change. They worked hard to get me out same day but, being out of town, I needed to stay overnight. They managed to secure one and had me out and driving back home before 9am the following day. Really great staff, they did a superb job on my car, and followed up a week after to make sure everything was still running smooth. I'll be back. Thank you

I love how they detailed my interior for free, answer the phone promptly, communicate well, and offer a local shuttle. That’s what I expect.
