I had such an amazing experience at European Wax Center! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the check-in process seamless. It immediately set the tone for a comfortable and positive visit. Ashley, my waxing specialist, was absolutely exceptional. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire service. Her attention to detail and gentle technique truly stood out, and she took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. The space was clean, calming, and well-maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and so well taken care of. Highly recommend European Wax Center especially booking with Ashley! I will definitely be coming back.

I had such an amazing experience with KK! From the moment I walked in, she was so welcoming, professional, and kind. I went in for a wax and she made the entire experience comfortable and easy. She explained everything, was very gentle, and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she is also just a genuinely lovely person. She made me feel relaxed and taken care of the whole time. The results were great and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend KK to anyone looking for a great waxing experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Liz is an exceptional specialist! She is very kind and thoughtful enough to educate me on the process with emphasis on after-care. Both ladies at the desk where very friendly and almost had me sold on purchasing a package. Maybe next time!

Had the hardest time finding a wax center since moving to PCB. Came here ONE TIME and knew the search was over. The ladies up front are so welcoming! I definitely recommend Miss KK for any new comers, but I’m sure everyone is great. 10’s across the board!!

Best wax experience in years! Front staff was nice and friendly, my wax tech was great! Super detailed, made sure she didn't miss spots. Came in for 4 areas of service and left extremely happy!

Ashley Nicole was great! Not only was she a perfectionist at making sure she waxed me perfectly, she was so informative about other things. 10 out of 10.

Had an appointment today at 230 and get there early. I checked in, and the girl behind the counter was too busy talking on her phone and to one of the other workers. At 245 I asked what the deal was, and she said, "oh she must be running late." I was the only person there, that is not acceptable. There were multiple workers just laughing and talking. No level of customer service. After 10 years I will never go back again.

Danae was amazing , beautiful all around person, very thorough and kind. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Had a great experience overall.
