Whilst on holiday travelling through New Zealand, I had a error message on the screen in my car, following a recommendation of the AA call out team I contacted the European Specialists. 5th January first day back at work after holiday break I dropped my car off. I received an invoice with detailed explanation of potential issues, the next day. I found the staff very courteous, helpful and professional, can definitely recommend them for prompt efficient service.

Hamish and the team here have been amazing to deal with. Having had some bad experiences in the past with other mechanics, I have become a lot more cautious and inquisitive - Hamish was patient, helpful, and efficient. My first visit was a dead battery, which on a Skoda isn't a straight forward swap due to coding. European Specialists were the only ones that could help me sort this out on the day with both battery and fitting. Everyone else would have taken 1-2 weeks. I then had strut failures with my boot. They found replacement parts and had them fit quickly during a very busy time of year. Very professional and friendly service. Thank you!

I went for WOF and service of my car, and I was thoroughly impressed. The customer service was excellent, friendly and professional. The mechanic took the time to clearly explain the issues with my car, which I really appreciated. They also delivered my car for free which was amazing. The cost was very reasonable compared to other places. Highly recommend.

Can't be trusted make sure you look over the work you got done. Quit to take the money but when they broken something else they do temporary fix to last week later broken. Then they say the mechanic
