6/5 STARS No one told me to leave this review. Im just super happy with my experience. JP does a great job on any german car but especially my 2016 340i. He does such a good job on my car my dad is considering taking his 911 Turbo S here… He quoted me 135$ for a job that another BS shop quoted me 700$ for. (carolina eurowerks) Today he fixed a problem for me that we were expecting to cost 3400$. He got that down to 1050$ Wouldnt even think about taking my car somewhere else he does great work on any cars.

JP is awesome. Every time we need any repairs he is always available, cost effective and he resolves the issues quickly. We would highly recommend him

JP was thorough in explaining what work needed to be done on my vehicle, and knowledgeable enough to prioritize the issues in order of importance so that I was educated on what issues required immediate attention. Communication was timely, professional, and detailed. In addition, I was happy with the turnaround time for picking the vehicle up. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!!

JP at European Autohaus is excellent. I have been to his shop multiple times for repairs on my BMW. He is knowledgeable, through, explains everything well and fix’s it correctly. I trust his expertise and will continue to go to him for any car repairs.

I needed help with brakes quickly before out of state travel. He fit me in fast. Communicated with me through the process & was transparent on cost. I recently relocated so I was stressed finding someone reliable, not anymore, I found my local mechanic!

My daughter was traveling to Charlotte from college and had warning lights come on in her car. We had to seek out somewhere in the Charlotte area. Someone who could be trusted and was capable of doing the work. When I found their company, I noticed they had hundreds of five star reviews so I took a chance and went with JP! It was not an inexpensive fix, but JP was in constant communication, helping me understand why this work needed to be done and made me feel comfortable in spending the money and doing what needed to be done for my daughter’s car! I wish I lived closer to JP because I understand. He also specializes in Range Rover’s, being a Range Rover Landrover owner himself. In any case I give this guy five stars and could not more strongly recommend that if you are looking for a mechanic that you can trust, this is the one!

This is the best mechanic In the area he only charged me 200 to install alternator, serpentine belt and idle pulley. on my 2009 Lexus LS 460 Great service did the job in under an hour. His setup is very organized, I highly recommend this mechanic and did an amazing job on my car. Will be my Lexus mechanical for life 💯💯

Great experience with Joaquin! He is trustworthy and dependable. I have been looking for a “forever” mechanic for my BMW as I have only received maintenance through the dealership. I’m lucky to have found Joaquin. His knowledge and expertise is present in his quotes and his work!

I can’t recommend this business more! If you want an honest mechanic who will find the root cause of your car issue and quote you a fair price this is your guy. The work was done right and on time.
