We moved to Phoenix from Pennsylvania and needed to find a shop to service our Porsche Cayenne and Audi R8. I searched online to find a reputable auto repair shop that had good reviews and was close to our home. I found Eurocar Center and so glad I did. I stopped by to ask about scheduling an oil change for my Cayenne. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The waiting area was very clean and neat. I was able to schedule my appointment based on my availability. I asked if they serviced R8’s and was told that they do, but certain services would have to be preformed at an authorized dealership and they would let me know. When I brought the Cayenne in, I was given a print out of what the exact charges would be, which I thought was great - no hidden costs or surprises at pick up. They also did an extensive check up and noted a few things that I should address. I definitely will be bringing my Cayenne back very soon as I need new front brake pads and rotors. I highly recommend Eurocar Center - you won’t be disappointed! A+++

I recently moved to Arizona and needed repairs on my BMW after my warranty expired. I decided to try Eurocar Center at 11240 N. Cave Creek Road in Phoenix based on their online rating. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. Hrach was incredibly informative and took the time to explain the diagnosis, repair options, and priorities. I really appreciated his honesty - he clearly outlined what needed immediate attention and what could wait. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and the cost far more reasonable than the dealership, thanks to lower labor rates - but still using BMW parts. It’s great to find a shop that’s professional, transparent, and trustworthy. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs.

I brought my Audi Q7 in because it had a coolant problem. I didn’t have an appointment but Hrach was very helpful to accommodate me. I left the car there and within a couple of hours Hrach called back with a full assessment of what was wrong and what needs to be done. Amazing client service!

I brought in my used Mercedes GLB250 for a full inspection and maintenance, and these guys really delivered. They checked everything, fixed all the small imperfections, and walked me through what was important to do now versus what could wait. They also recommended the most cost-effective route, which I really appreciated. Their prices were very reasonable, and they didn’t even charge me for a few small things I asked them to take care of. Brought my v6 supercharged SUV for routine oil change, with no other issues. On inspection they found a tiny coolant leak, that was dried up coolant around a small radiator hose no drip that I could see. So, because of the AZ heat and potential of the hose to fully crack, we decided to change it. Thankfully , they caught this! When they removed the old hose, it totally looked like the hose was cracked and ready to fail. Thank you Euro Car Center!! Great work !!!

After exhausted effort with finding a good Jaguar repair shop, I finally found one for my 2010 Jaguar XF!!!. Horage, the owner is exceptional, honest and reasonable in his pricing. He will diagnose without any bullshit. He gets you in right away and the the job is completed in a reasonable timing. If you’re looking for a honest and good repair shop, look no further! This shop is the best

Dealership and chain repair shop quote was too high for my 2022 Audi Q5. Had a friend suggest Eurocar and their quote was almost half the cost! Same OEM parts with 2yr/24k mile warranty. Haraj’s ongoing communication was great! Job completed on time, great service, and a great price! I will be a returning customer and highly recommend them.
