ETX Dryer Vent cleaned dryer vent and did an excellent job. The tech (Steven) was polite and explained everything. He went above and beyond, even making a trip to a local Home Depot to get a missing part needed to connect my dryer to vent system. He even responded to concerns I had about lint collecting in the attic, took several vent pipes apart to ensure things were ok there. I am so impressed by their service that I will be using them for now on! Also, Erica in their office was so pleasant when arranging my appointment and keeping me updated. Great company!

I wanted a quote on installation for my dryer vent outside but they never got back to me about it for a week then I had my husband call and they said they would come back with a quote in 30 minutes, they never did. I assume they weren't interested in the job but at least tell the customer that the company wasn't interested in doing it then to waste someone time.
