Ethio Fofex is a company established by 6 Ethiopians for 1.5 million dollars following the foreign exchange policy issued by the National Bank of Ethiopia in July 2016. From October 7, 2024, it is providing foreign currency services at the Ethiopian Hotel branch located in the Beherawi Area. This makes it the first private foreign office in Ethiopia's history.
