Charlie and his crew were so great. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable until he could get out the next day to install. Everything we were looking for in a new unit Eternity provided. They made the decision easy for us to choose their company. Can't say enough good things about them. They have followed up with us and we are confident that if we ever have issues they will take care of us. There's a lot of ac companies but Eternity is the best. They provide an excellent product and service.

This is one great company. I purchased a 4 ton whole house system Air Conditioner and a separate split unit Air Conditioner for my garage. Working with Charlie for the purchase was a true pleasure. The installation was done by Clayton and Clayton. They were all very knowledgeable about the products and the work was done in a very friendly and Professional fashion. The maintenance service plan was a definite plus. When service came due Charlie called me and was able to perform the service working around my busy schedule. Polite, honest, thorough. I am 100% satisfied! Water heater repair. Replaced both heating elements and thermostats. Lower element was fried.

We have our service contract with them and when they do our annual service they spend quality time to actually check the system. We were notified by text when they were on the way. Great Job Eternity! Ryan did a fantastic job from start to finish installing a new main shut off valve for our home as well as installing a new kitchen faucet in a very tight space. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and did everything he said he was going to do, at a fair price. We won't be calling anyone but Eternity for all our future HVAC or plumbing needs! I got 4 estimates to have a customer provided Rheem Electric Hybrid Water Heater installed. Every estimate was significantly more expensive to almost twice Eternity's estimate. Ryan came out at the time he said and did a very good installation job. There was a minor glitch with the equipment and he got on the phone with the Rheem tech rep and got the issue resolved before he left. Top- notch service across the board. Will recommend to anyone who needs plumbing help
