Arrived to investigate a short circuit in the ring main. Total of £189 for the call out and diagnosis which was that a double socket needed replacing. Then asked for £900 😧 to do the work which I obviously declined, eventually agreeing to £200 which is still vastly inflated but I didn’t really have a choice.
Be careful.
