Best customer service and quality. My subdivision in Buckhead hired Essential Awning to update the current awnings in the subdivision. Frank , the owner, and Elias were so neat in their work and completely inconspicuous. The awnings are bulky and never once did we hear a noise or did they leave a scratch anywhere. The awnings are beautiful and high quality. They also graciously moved my outdoor sofa into the house from the balcony and back outside when they were done. Outstanding quality and customer service. Highly recommend.

Essential Awning installed two awnings at our home, front and back. The front was affixed to brick, while the back was affixed to Hardy siding. The awnings themselves were great, and the price, I felt, was reasonable, however the installers attempted to seal the gap between the back door awning and the siding by smearing clear caulk into it. Obviously this was not an effective seal. When our siding installers saw this many months later, they immediately offered to place a piece of matching flashing above the awning (without charge), thereby eliminating the previous issue of leakage against the back door every time it rained. It took them about 10 minutes to do this; I wish the awning installers had been this fastidious about their work.

We were referred to Essential Awning by a friend of our’s and we were not disappointed. They were very methodical in giving us options on the front door awning for our home that we should go with along with wide range of color selection. The installation was quick and adds to the charm of our home. We were happy with them and referred them to our friends further.
