⭐ 1 Star - Abysmal, Unprofessional, and Dishonest
I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and to warn others. My experience with Esme Furnishings has been an absolute nightmare and the most frustrating customer service ordeal of my life.
I ordered a table from them FOUR MONTHS AGO. Not only have I not received the item, but I have been systematically lied to, strung along, and ignored.
In these four months, I have contacted their customer service team over TEN TIMES. Each call or email follows the same pathetic script: empty apologies, false promises of "it will ship next week," and blatant lies about investigating the issue. They are not a company; they are professional time-wasters who have no intention of delivering the product or refunding my hard-earned money.
They have had my money for a third of a year with nothing to show for it. When I finally had enough and demanded a refund, they refused or simply stopped responding. This is not just poor service; it feels like a deliberate scam. They are kidding me and stealing from me.
Do not be fooled by their website. DO NOT TRUST ESME FURNISHINGS WITH YOUR MONEY. They are utterly incompetent at best, and fraudulent at worst. I am now forced to dispute the charge with my bank to try and get my money back.
Save yourself the immense stress, anger, and hassle. Shop anywhere else.
Advice to Management: You should be ashamed of your business practices. Issue my refund immediately and get your act together before you face a class-action lawsuit for fraud.
