Phenomenal service, high quality! Landis and Wyatt serviced my Furnace, I had just had a baby, I noticed a burning smell in the house. Landis was able to accommodate my situation and in a time of need they prioritized my issue with just having the baby. They determined the source and solved the issue. Now, a week later, I had some water and plumbing concerns, and Landis both times went above and beyond. Our newborn is a week old now and wife and I are busy and baby had procedure today, and so again I was a priority. The service is top notch! And the quality speaks for itself. Landis and Wyatt are so helpful, and I’m very glad to have them as professionals who will get the job done well.

I did like Wyatt! He was pleasant and respectful. Very nice young man. I’m a senior and retired so all repairs are overpriced as far as I’m concerned. No fault of Wyatt’s. You should give a discount for seniors.

Very kind individual who is willing to do a job on the weekend. He responded to my voice within 24 hours and was able to fit me in to check up on the water softener he installed 4 months prior to that job went flawlessly. Highly recommend this business.

The owner Mr. Erwin, is honest, professional, excellent, hardworking, skillful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Many of these traits are just so hard to find in any businesses these days; so when you do find not just one trait but all of them in a business owner, it makes the business even more valuable. Not only did we find Mr. Erwin’s wonderful business, but we had so many things happen all at once and needed referrals for four separate companies in total; and every single company referred to and hired in his network of trusted contractors…well, each of those companies from the one who recommended him to the ones he recommended were all found to be excellent. So not only is this a referral for Erwin Plumbing and Heating, llc. but if you need plumbing or heating and any referrals for any other service needed that he cannot provide, which there isn’t much he cannot be trusted to do in my humble opinion, know that you can trust whoever he recommends, to be just as excellent as him. His business tagline is: “No job too small” and I feel he not only values each job whether big or small but with his kindhearted way of dealing with his customers, I feel that he goes above and beyond and values the people too, such a rare wonderful way of doing business. We found Mr. Erwin does excellent work the first time around and you will not need multiple visits or the cost of needing to ever call a second company to fix any work he provides, because his first time asked workmanship is so excellent. Mr. Erwin honors his bids and showed up so quickly to fully fix not only our plumbing issues, but here we are a few months later and we had a bit of an emergency at my mother in loves home and Mr. Erwin, happened to be in the area and showed up right away to problem solve, give us a bid on a plan of action and within a couple of days had the replacement furnace and everything we agreed upon needing fixed totally completed. Yay! We needed plumbing work a few months back for our own home and what a blessing finding Erwin Plumbing and Heating, llc. The owner did excellent install work, installing and replacing blocked piping and designed a piping system to include a shutoff valve for the entire water system, shutoff valve for our outside water faucets, a bypass for our water softener so we would never have to risk breaking the plastic one on our original system that was very difficult to use and of course a way to also turn all water on everywhere. The piping is set up now where any of those four routes for water can now be achieved with a simple turn of a couple of levers: Full shut off, outside faucets shut off, bypass softener and full run. Can plumbing piping be cool? We sure think so, as Mr. Erwin is both talented at his craft and skilled in his follow through. One of the best companies we have hired in 55 years of living here in Alaska. Erwin come out and diagnosed/replaced the pressure tank and put in a better filter system. Fast, efficient and friendly company I highly recommend.

My in floor heating had a zone valve that sprung a leak. Landis came and replaced the panel because parts were no longer available for it. He also noticed and fixed an issue with the boiler and helped me identify the different zones. He is efficient and very knowledgeable.
