Brandon & Asia from Ervin Family Pump Service are truly incredible. Not only were they were able to replace our well pump in spite of many, many seemingly insurmountable obstacles, but they did so with an amazing amount of patience, extremely careful analysis, and very positive attitudes. We cannot recommend them highly enough! They are also delightful people, and we thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent with them.

We just bought a new place about 2 weeks ago in an area where we don’t know anyone. On Sunday evening our well pump went out and we had NO water. While having breakfast Monday morning, we were Google searching well pump services and found Ervin Family Pump Services LLC. We read their reviews and they had high ratings on Angies List. We rolled the dice and gave them a call. Brandon answered on the first call. I told him the situation and he said he had a couple jobs but he would come out as soon as he was done which would be about 3pm. He arrived Monday afternoon as he said, in 105* temps and assessed the problems. He made some calls to ensure he could get a pump after hours. He left to pick up supplies. A couple hours later he returned with his son and they worked until almost 11 pm to bring back the heart of our home. He took samples to test and to build a filtration system specific to our well water. We highly recommend Ervin Family Pump Services LLC. Great service, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, explains the process and needs, prompt and reliable. We will continue to use this family ran business for our well needs.

Lost my well pump and called Brandon. Immediate service, and not only did he fix the bad pump, but discovered several cobbled and non-code issues which he also repaired, staying late in 28 degree temps to make everything work. This well->cistern->house system has never worked this well since I bought this house. This is a contractor that you keep their card.

My husband and I would absolutely recommend Ervin pump professionals! After the recent ice storm and power outage for 2 weeks we couldn’t get our well pump primed to get started back up. After a lot of trying and a big headache we decided to turn to the professionals. They came out promptly, did some testing, and concluded that our well pump was very dated and needed to be replaced. Long story short, Ervin associates helped get us back on track. They are professional, problem solving, friendly, and extremely hard working. They worked long into the night, heavy rain and cold weather to get us running water again! We are very grateful for them and would recommend them to anyone!

We recently called and needed a pump change but soon discovered we actually needed a major restoration. They didn’t back down from a difficult job and were extremely informative through the whole process. It got late but they stayed after dark to insure that we had good clean running water before they left. I would highly recommend them for any well service work you may need.

Ervin Family pump was fabulous. They answered my call immediately and came out to check our well situation that day. The husband and wife team are friendly and efficient. They showed and explained why we had no water. The 30 year old pump had died and it was obvious. The bladder in the cheap pressure tank wasn’t functioning! Luckily they had everything in stock, had us fixed with running water that same day, and left us with a much more efficient system. I heartily recommend Ervin Family Pump!

The Story of the "Well From Hell" I live in the middle of nowhere 40 miles from town in the Siuslaw National Forrest. Everything requires electricity to operate. During the recent horrible ice storm, I suffered massive damage to my vehicles, my out buildings, and my well due to all the trees that came down. We were out of power for 13 days and unfortunately, my 36 year old well suffered damage and needed the pump replaced. I called Ervin Family Pump service, and they were at my house and working in less than 24 hours! What was supposed to be a couple of hours to do soon turned into a total nightmare!! Everything they touched on that old well turned to dust. To make matters worse, all the rust from the failing casing had fallen down into the well and plugged the sleeve so instead of the pump sliding up out of the sleeve, the whole sleeve pulled up out of the well with the pump!! Thankfully, they realized the danger we were facing and with the utmost patience and care, they performed the most skillful "pumpectomy" I've ever seen and saved me from having to drill a new well. They then took some time and devised an ingenious fix for the damaged well casing which resulted in a repair that should last at least 10 more years. This whole process took 2 long days in pouring rain and freezing cold with ice covered branches hanging overhead risking life and limb (no pun intended). I think anyone else would have moved on to easier and safer work and just said "you need a new well", but not these guys. Their integrity and character proved to be a beacon of hope for me and my wife throughout the whole process and we couldn't be happier with the outcome!

I own an older home and the well system we had in place was kind of a confusing mess with a complex series of issues. I was impressed with how, even as the job got more complicated and more issues were uncovered, Brandon made sure to keep me in the loop and explain the solutions he thought would work. Ultimately, what should have been a half day job that they began in the morning became much more extensive, and yet they did not leave our family hanging with an incomplete well system and a promise to finish soon; instead they buckled down and worked past midnight to make sure we would wake up to having water in the house again. The entire experience was handled professionally and the guys were quite friendly (and non-judgemental about our technical ignorance which may have contributed to the issues) and eager to educate us about system maintenance, and when it took me a couple weeks to come up with the additional money from the unexpected extra work I was met with patience and understanding. No complaints.
