Ernie and his team have once again gone above and beyond on the second car I’ve brought to them. Their mechanic is highly skilled and clearly passionate about his work. They repaired a dent and repainted the door, and the results are flawless—the blend is seamless, and you’d never know there was any damage to begin with. Not only was the quality of work exceptional, but the price was also unbeatable compared to other shops. Overall, this is a hardworking, honest, and talented team that delivers outstanding results. Highly recommend!

Trust me, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! Especially IMPORTS, SPECIFICALLY MERCEDES-BENZ. We took my son's car there for something and while there they told me that they work on Mercedes-Benz. So, I entrusted them, considering Ernie said he had an older model Benz as well. After a few used parts that I bought myself didn't work, I bought a brand new mercedes part to have them put on. When they finally got around to it, Ernie said the window works perfectly now. Well, it doesn't. The drivers side window still hesitates, gets stuck, etc. More importantly though, over the course of 3 weeks I had found small pieces of broken plastic, bolts here and there and gave them to Jesus as he said he'd set them aside and let the tech know. Well, fast forward to picking up the car. They had no idea where the parts were, much less where they attached. Come to find out, the broken plastic pieces were from my console plate that holds the window master switches in place. Also, the door frame on both the drivers side and rear door bolts were missing. I went and bought new bolts and tried putting them back in place and both doors are out of alignment because both hinges got bent in the process of them taking the door panels off, which the tech didn't even have to remove to get the door panels off. I am also missing a part from where the door closes on the drivers side. When I asked for all my missing parts, they said they had no idea where they went. Unless they used these parts for Ernies mercedes, the tech must've just thrown them aside and didn't keep them to put back together. Moreover, I'm assuming since they realized he broke the plate underneath the console that holds the window buttons in place, returning the broken pieces would be admitting to damaging my vehicle even more. After Ernie seemed to be fed up with me inquiring about my missing parts, damaged vehicle and more things being broken than what needed fixed in the 1st place, he insisted that I accept the money that I had already given them for labor. He then said, and I quote, " This is why nobody wants to work on these old Mercedes-Benz, because it's hard to find parts for!" ?? I said, "Then why would you even offer or say you work on them, not to mention lose and or break the parts I already had . The young" kid" tech they had working on it was supposedly being supervised, lol, which they only ever went back to him each time to ask where the parts were? Now, I have more issues than I had than when I took it to them. Also, yes, it is hard sometimes to find certain parts for and is exactly why I'm pissed off about this. I'm not sure if it's worth taking to small claims court, but I am weighing the possibility. Also, after reaching out to Walter's imports to help fix this issue, they informed me that they had another guy with a VW rabbit who had his car damaged as well. I am getting the issues they messed up on my car repaired and keeping the receipts and contemplating small claims court. If you have had any issues, please share a review here to let people know and hopefully stop this from happening. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that upon the 2nd time I went to pick my car up, they said the window was fixed, it worked for like an hour and then stopped. It also had, and still does have a heavy smell of gasoline now when I drive it and 2 lights on the dash as well are now on. The tech asked me about the lights and asked if I had done anything to my brakes??? These lights were never on when I took it there, and they all knew this. They had no idea they said why it would smell like gas. Each time upon checking on the car, the tech would have my car running for several hours while trying to check the electronics, fuses, etc. It's been a total nightmare!!!!! My seat heaters, the rear wiper and electric seat postioner are not working now. It seems I have an electrical issue now too!
