Life got busy and I completely forgot about it for two months, but when I texted him back, he was totally understanding and got me scheduled for the very next day! He showed up at a reasonable time and completed the work exactly as we discussed. The quality of the work was solid, and the pricing was very competitive. Erik and his team did an outstanding job! They got straight to work the moment they arrived. Even though our neighbor’s car was parked near the trees and their truck couldn’t be moved due to a dead battery, that didn’t slow them down one bit. They carefully and efficiently cut the tree, using ropes to control the branches and ensure nothing was damaged in the process. I also asked Erik a few questions about maintenance and some of the smaller trees on our property. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you again, Erik, for the great work!
