Firstly, Erika was very flexible with scheduling. We had a last minute issue and she had no problem waiting to see if we could keep our appointment, which we did. Erika was very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and very kind and patient with our elderly mother. She was all packed up and ready to go when I realized I had left out a document to be notarized; we had several. Erika restarted the process and graciously didn’t charge us for the additional signing. I highly recommend Erika and will remember her for future needs.

I had the best experience with Erika!! She was so knowledgeable. I had sent her a copy of my paperwork and she went out of her way to call the courts to find out after all that the original paperwork was needed in order to be filed and I would have had no clue. It would not have been valid with the copies. I will definitely be using Erika again without a doubt!!

Three days ago, I scheduled an appointment for Notary services. Received an email confirmation of my appointment scheduled for today. Come to find out somehow her system double booked her appointments. So I ended up not getting done what I needed, but Erika reached out to me after she was made aware of the situation and offered to make it right.. she was super polite on the phone. I understand things happen and if need be I’m willing to reach out to her for services in the future.
