Eric was a fantastic realtor for us! He was super knowledgeable and was patient with us as we asked all the questions we had. It was our first time trying to buy a house and sell at the same time, but he made it far less stressful than I was imagining. He made sure to keep us updated and as we were looking for a goldilocks fixeruper (no major work but still needing elbow grease) he would help point out aspects of the different houses we looked at as to what would help or hurt the success of flipping the house. He has a bunch of experience and would give stories from his own experience to help us better understand what we could expect from the process. He also made sure to look out for us in ever step of the way all the way from looking at house, to figuring out which title company to use. He really does have his clients best interests in mind at all times. I couldn't recommend a better agent to work with!
