EQ Horseboxes - Strides Ahead

We couldn’t be happier with our 12 Tonne EQ Horsebox. We are a family of six who regularly travel upto 4 showjumping ponies to stay away shows nationwide and overseas. The living area is luxurious yet comfortable with well thought out design features and the horse area is spacious and robust. We bought our EQ privately and were a little concerned about access to aftercare given that we lived quite a distance from EQ head office and also that we hadn’t bought direct and were out of warranty. I needn’t have worried. Jas and his team have been on hand to answer any queries we might have (even late on a Sunday!) and were kind enough to send me a new tool kit and emergency pack on hearing that mine had been misplaced. I have recently booked a maintenance check at one of their factory workshops which isn’t too far away from us and quite central in County Durham. Needless to say I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend EQ to anyone and will hopefully look to buy from them direct in the future.

I purchased a new to me Horsebox from EQ in July 25, purchased unseen and the after sales service from EQ and Jas in particular has been fantastic. In this day and age when Companies tend to take your money and run, not Jas, he has made himself available 24/7 to answer my queries and sourced local tradesman to fix any issues we have encountered. Awesome customer service. I will definitely return to EQ when looking for my next Horsebox and have no qualms about recommending EQ to others. Thanks again Jas & Team

Jas and the team were so professional and helpful, answering all our questions and making the sale an absolute pleasure, nothing was a bother at all to them. Outstanding Service from Start to Finish I chose to sell my 10-tonne Lehel through EQ Horseboxes after a strong recommendation from friends—and I’m so glad I did. Jas, was fantastic throughout the entire process. It honestly felt like he worked around the clock—always keeping me updated and never missing a beat. The workshop team was also excellent. They carried out all the necessary mechanical work and repairs to make sure the box passed its MOT, even sourcing parts from Italy to get the job done properly. Nothing was too much trouble. We recently went through EQ to find our dream Horsebox, Jas and candice have been so helpful throughout everything and have designed us the most beautiful 7.5T, horse area is exceptional, as well as our luxury living area. We can’t thank the EQ team enough for everything they’ve done for us! We stayed in contact throughout the build and had regular updates from jas to see how our new lorry was coming along , definitely won’t be our last time purchasing from EQ!

Well where do I start ! Professional and so helpful from the moment I spoke to Jas, it has been a fantastic experience, Jas has truly went above and beyond to help and guide me through the purchase of my new to me 12t Lehel. The process has been so easy with the help given from Jas. From making sure my box was delivered safely to me from the other end of the country! The driver who delivered the box was also so lovely and professional. Absolutely nothing has been too much trouble , often taking my calls outwith office times and being in constant contact when required. Candice even made videos to help me get familiar with everything in the box and how things operated that I was unsure of. I was very apprehensive at purchasing a lorry without having seen it in the flesh , but I needn't have worried with the E Q team . As an organisation who rehomes retired racehorses all the way from Malta to the UK we were looking for a lorry which would safeguard the wellbeing of our horses during the journey. EQ certainly didn't dissapoint! We couldn't be happier with our lorry! It is all that we expected it to be and more!
