Just wanted to share my experience today at this clinic for the benefit of the management and future patients. Saw the advertisement in the newspaper on Friday and booked an appointment for my wife for 11.30 am today. I received 3 calls from different people to confirm the booking in the last two days and I thought we will be looked at promptly if we arrived for the appointment. This morning, we left home from Maraimalai Nagar at 9.30 and arrived at the clinic at 11.15. We were asked to pay Rs.1100 as consultation fee and we paid it. Waited until 12.15 and asked the person at the reception how long more we have to wait and she said in two minutes my wife will be seen. Waited until 1pm and decided that it was not worth waiting and we left. Then a lady comes running behind us and asks us to come back and we will be seen right away! That was shocking since that made us feel that while we were waiting other walk-in clients were given attention right away. Then travelling back in our car, we received another call asking us to come back and get attended to right away. That made us feel worse for the time we had wasted waiting. The clinic has the option to make this first come first served and no one would have a complaint but booking an appointment and making someone wait indefinitely reflects badly on the front office... even if what is said in the reviews about the medical staff is true. I do understand medical practice is not very time sensitive due to the nature of this vocation but making someone wait for nearly three hours without an explanation is inexcusable. My wife, who was the patient, is a doctor and my daughter is an emergency physcian and I take no pleasure in writing this review about a clinic since I understand that it is a thankless job. However, I have to point out the poor treatment meted out to unsuspecting patients so that the management can make appropriate changes to provide better service. I see that you have responded with a callous message... if you really want to talk to me, you already have my phone number! Or have you lost the registration form that was filled out when we paid you Rs.1100?

This hospital operates purely as a business. We paid ₹4+ lakhs for PRP treatment. Initial attention was good, but once the procedure and payment were done, patient care dropped completely. Dr. Sudheer Dhara met us only once. There was no detailed evaluation or honest explanation of the condition or realistic outcomes. she experienced initial pain relief, which made us believe the treatment was working. Unfortunately, that relief was short-lived and not sustained. Follow-ups are expensive and feel like revenue generation—₹6,000–₹7,000 per visit including medicines—with no meaningful medical guidance. Weekend appointments for old patients are difficult, and senior doctors are no longer involved after treatment. The hospital looks premium and aesthetic, but the focus is on monetization, not patient outcomes. For the amount charged, this level of care is unacceptable. I do not recommend this hospital.
