I needed physiotherapy for my shoulder. I reached out to their team. Their receptionist called me to confirm an appointment at my convenience. I asked when their clinic opens. She confirmed at 8am. So I booked an appointment for 9am. I reached the clinic at 8:55am. Waited till 09:13am for someone to mosey in, only to tell me that the clinic OPENS at 09:30am and the earliest doctor will only be available after 10am. How a medical service provider can have blatant disregard for someone’s time, I do not understand. Mind you- the staff was not apologetic, and she did not even acknowledge that there any fault on their part. This clinic was recommended to me by a radiologist, but from hereon forward, I will never have my time taken for granted by unprofessionals such as these.
