We had such a great experience working with Epic Valet for our wedding in Sedona. From the very beginning, everything was smooth and stress-free. We hired them to shuttle our guests to and from the venue, and they truly delivered. Our driver was not only punctual and professional, but also kind and courteous—everything you hope for on such an important day. All of our guests arrived safely and on time, which gave us one less thing to worry about. We’re so grateful for their reliability and high level of service, and we’ll definitely be using Epic Valet again in the future!

Worst valet ever. They didn’t tell me their closing time, so I was unable to get my vehicle. My keys were left with the manager of another nearby restaurant. So I was left walking around trying to remote access my car at midnight all because these horrible people didn’t tell me their hours or give me a heads up that I need to pick my car up. DO NOT USE THEM ANYTIME AT NIGHT CAUSE THEY WILL CLOSE AND LEAVE YOU WITHOUT YOUR CAR AND KEYS

We hosted a wedding in April 19, 2025. The guys did a great job. I think we had 27 cars! If needed, definitely using Epic again! Thank you so much!

Employee of the name of JP (spelling may differ) exemplified extreme professionalism and expertise answering all professional inquiries and issues. My problem lies in the companies ability to express the shortfalls of their operations within the “inner city” area of Scottsdale. We turned in our vehicle keys to the valet services around the corner from “El Hefe” and was not informed that after 2pm that we would not be able to receive our vehicle from the multi story parking lot. We were required to walk 10-15 minutes to an undisclosed hotel valet service booth in order to pick up our vehicle keys and walk another 10-15 minutes back to our vehicle in order to drive home. This requirement was undisclosed and completely unexceptable especially when a $15 service charge was required to “secure” our vehicle in a public parking lot. Do not do business with this company as they seek to take advantage of your parking requirements.

Epic Valet went above and beyond my expectations. The guys at Epic serviced me like no other company has before. I’d like to give the spotlight to Quest Wolfe. This guy understands customer service and the importance of treating people with respect. People often overlook the importance of valet service, but these guys nailed it! Thank you!

Epic is a great valet service! They are efficient, the staff is always really friendly, extremely polite and most importantly they always get your car back quick and safely! I really enjoy using their service and always trust my car in their hands! I highly recommend using them!
