Epic Limousine

On 10/12/25 I had an event which required two buses and two different locations for my group. One group was heading to Napa in which Derrick was the driver and the other was in San Francisco in which Calvin was the driver. Group feedback, both drivers were very skilled, interactive with group and above all very professional! I enjoyed working with Epic Limousine Services and will be back again. Can’t say enough good things about what an amazing experience we had. It was pouring rain the day of our event, but our driver Derrick was a trooper. Not only did he drive around the city cautiously, he put up with the groups shenanigans and made our experience so much better. If I could give 10 stars I would. Our bus was clean and spacious. Would highly recommend them for any event and will definitely use their services again!

Clean cars. Dependable timing. Email and text message updates on driver arrival. Simple to use booking and payments. Used for a group of 11 to get around for the weekend in a sprinter van. Team was patient and efficient. Would use again next time in the area. Shoutout to James and Tony!

I can not recommend Epic enough!!! As a travel agent, I am always looking for exceptional service to share with my guests. We contacted Epic to help us transport a group to the cruise terminal in San Francisco. I was given a quote that included roundtrip transportation to and from the port. We booked several months in advance to ensure we had our transportation covered and the communication was very clear and consistent throughout the process. Prior to our dates of travel I received a confirmation email with a photo of our drivers. The day of service our driver (Melvin 5++++ Stars) arrived on time and was professional, quick and helpful as we loaded up probably 20 suitcases. He was kind, friendly and provided exceptional service for an early Monday morning pickup. We did request for him to pick us back up for our return trip because of the service he provided. On both days prior to our pick up we received a text advising us that our driver was on the way. Once again clear and precise communication was given throughout our entire process. I will definitely be using this service again and will recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of transportation service in the Bay Area.

Epic Limousine is a great choice! My company uses their services for our annual firm outings every year and we have never had anything but a great experience each time. They are communicative, punctual, friendly and provide excellent service. This year we had the pleasure of riding with Eli on the mini coach and he was wonderful! The buses are always in great condition and top notch and their drivers are awesome. I highly recommend Epic Limos!

We would recommend Epic Limo to anyone looking for excellent service, fair pricing, immaculate transportation and an overall incredible time! We had the pleasure of being safely driven around to our wine tastings in an awesome stretch limo that was equipped with a great bluetooth sound system, colorful lighting for the perfect party vibe, much needed AC during 100 degree weather and really comfy seats that fit all ten of our guests very well! Our driver, Joe, was pleasant from the second he arrived to pick us up. He was punctual, reliable, responsive, and super friendly! Will 1000% be using Epic Limo’s services again in the future! We planned a surprise party for my friend and I was doing all the logistics for it. I requested quotes from probably like 5-6 limo places through Yelp. Epic Limo gave us hands down the best quote and the best deal for the price. I even thought was a bit suspicious at the beginning, because it sounded too good to be true. The quote was $100-150 cheaper than all the other quotes We got picked up in Peninsula, dropped off at a second place and then picked up and dropped off at the third location. The driver was super nice and helpful! The car was new and very nice (white Chrysler) Super cool guys and very good service! Would definitely recommend!

We had a phenomenal experience using Epic Limousine, taking 22 people from the peninsula to Chase Center (San Francisco) for a concert. They were extremely responsive and flexible with scheduling options to accommodate a couple of timing changes, and our driver Michael P was top notch and a great guy. Came early, left on time, communicated with me throughout the event and made pick up and drop off seamless. The bus was spotless and allowed us to stream our own music and enjoy the ride. Epic took all the stress of logistics off the table and we had a blast!!
