We have a big update from our Tucson campus! ✈️
On Tuesday, Miranda Hinojosa passed her CFI checkride on the first attempt! She had to do a cross-country flight to Wickenburg, Arizona, and her son was able to come in to Epic and ring the bell with her the next day.
Her instructor was Frank Kunkel who had left two weeks prior to her checkride for First Officer training at Envoy Air. (Congratulations, Frank!) Her checkride pass photo with Frank was taken in the plane, but she also flew out to Envoy headquarters and got a tour from Frank after passing her checkride!
Congratulations, Miranda! 🥳 We remember when you flew your first solo at Epic and are so proud of all you've accomplished!
