I completed my discovery flight at Epic Flight Academy and I have to say they made me so excited for my flight training. Prior to visiting the school, I was feeling that maybe my goals were unattainable. After the careful breakdown of the whole process, the tour of the school, and the program details, they showed me how possible it is to get it all done. The amount of resources they have on campus, paired with the amount of help they have, made me feel extremely secure in my choice to complete my flight training at their school. Living in orlando I understood it’ll be a sacrifice to drive 1hr+ each way, but they showed me it’ll be worth it. Max was very knowledgeable throughout the whole tour. Anna set everything up for me to complete my discovery flight, she was so welcoming and still kept up with me to ensure I felt comfortable. Finally, during the discovery flight itself, Sariann was my pilot. She made me feel so safe and completely removed all the fear I had. The way she explained things with such simplicity and detail, I knew I was in good hands. I can’t wait to begin my flight training within the next month, so I can form part of such a great team.

I’m from Ecuador, and since I was a kid I dreamed of becoming a pilot. Choosing the right flight school felt like choosing my future. I am extremely grateful for my experience at Epic Flight Academy. I completed my Instrument, Commercial, CFI, and CFII here, and also began my multi-engine add-on. From start to finish, Epic delivered outstanding instruction, a strong safety culture, and incredible support. The instructors are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in student success. One of the best parts of Epic is the community—students and instructors constantly encourage each other through checkrides, stage checks, solos, and cross-countries. Celebrating milestones together made a huge difference in my growth as a pilot and instructor. Epic also offers great free resources and tutoring, which were extremely helpful throughout my training. I began my flight training at Epic in January and it has been an amazing experience so far. The staff is very inclusive and welcoming and my training has been quite an amazing experience at this school. The New Smyrna main campus environment is a wonderful place to meet other students and pilots who all have various interests and skills that have allowed me to blossom in many ways.

This school delivers, new planes, nice avionics, good instruction, approachable staff & an awesome library! No complaints so far, and easily my favorite Part 141 flight school. Highly recommended! Thanks! 🙏🏻

Epic truly is a great place to achieve your aviation dreams. The training is fast paced and you come out of every course very well prepared for every checkride. The planes are well maintained, great to fly, and equipped with Garmin G1000 avionics. I cant say enough good things about the people at Epic. I have made a lot of lifelong friends during my training and everyone is always willing to help you with whatever you may need.

Cristopher Hagins is hands down one of the best people I’ve ever worked with in any professional setting. From the very first contact, he was extremely easy to work with, incredibly organized, and always fast with his responses. Every question I had was answered clearly and promptly, and he guided me through every part of the enrollment process step by step. Nothing ever felt confusing or stressful because Cristopher was always on top of everything and made sure I knew exactly what to do and when to do it. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience smooth, efficient, and honestly enjoyable. I came to epic with zero aviation experience. I’ve now completed all of my training here and I wouldn’t have it any other way. My flight instructors Caroline Gaillet and Bryan Cintron have been great! They’re very knowledgeable, helpful, and always had my best interest at heart. Epic as a whole is a great learning environment with a ton of resources for students to be successful. You can’t beat the location and having brand new aircraft to train in!

I am from Bangladesh and started my training here. Epic Flight Academy is an excellent place for flight training! The instructors are highly experienced, professional, and always willing to help. The training environment is well-structured, and the aircraft are well-maintained, making every flight session smooth and enjoyable.
