We are excited to welcome Tyler Hericks to our Jacksonville campus as a flight instructor!
Tyler grew up in Manassas, Virginia where he was no stranger to the world of aviation. His dad is a professional pilot and his mom was a flight attendant. While in high school, he started flying with his dad in a Cherokee Archer. He then attended Radford University and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in criminal justice. After he graduated from college, he headed back to the skies and attended Piston2Jet where he received his private pilot certificate and instrument rating. He then came to Epic at the Jacksonville campus where he completed his Commercial and CFI certificates and is now a flight instructor for them. In his free time, Tyler enjoys various outdoor activities such as snowboarding, ice skating, fishing, or hiking.
