Welcome to Pete Guillory who recently joined the Epic team at our Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport Aircraft Mechanic School as an A&P Instructor.
Pete got his start in aviation at the age of 17, volunteering at a local air museum in Southwestern Louisiana. In 2001, he earned his A&P license. His early experience consisted of working on aerobatic aircraft, such as Pitts S1 and S2 aircraft as well as Decathlon, and Extra 300s as well. He eventually turned his focus on turboprops, mainly Cessna Grand Caravans and Twin Otters. Due to the events of September 11th, 2001, he spent some time teaching at the A&P school he had attended. His broad aviation experience includes minor maintenance and weighing 787s, 757/767s, A300/310s, MD-10/MD-11s and 737s as well as sporadic general aviation aircraft repairs and inspections and specialization with maintaining CB Grand Caravans with and without amphibious floats. Pete is passionate about passing his knowledge and skills to the next generation of aircraft maintenance technicians.
