Ephe - Residential Energy Efficiency

Cal did an Energy Assessment of my house and provided a report. Cal comes around and assesses all features of the house. We had a bit of a conversation about the goals etc. The report I received is detailed and gives a breakdown of how the house is performing from an energy perspective. Cal provides a list of options for improvements. For example, if double glazing is cost prohibitive, then there are secondary glazing or honeycomb blinds. There are less expensive alternatives which can help with energy efficiency and staying warm. These various options opened my eyes to the various possibilities. In addition, I contracted Cal to do Draught Proofing around my house. The cost was competitive and is a cost effective way to keep the house warmer. The quality of the work was supreme and I am pleased with how it looks. This included sealing vents and putting seals around the doors. I can recommend Ephe and Cal for Energy Assessment and handyman/draught proofing work.
