Rob just pulled out of my driveway after a job well done, and I simply had to head straight to my phone to leave him a 5-star review. When I was looking for a company to come pump my septic tank, England Septic's reviews convinced me that he could do the job and do it well. Now that I've actually seen him in action, I can fully attest to the reason why his Google review score is so high. When I first called him for an estimate, he answered his phone right away. When I called him to schedule the appointment, he answered right away. You may be wondering why I'm telling you this-- it's because there are, unfortunately, companies that will send you to voicemail and/or never call you back. He was able to schedule me right away and arrived when he said he would--no waiting around for hours on someone to show up. He was polite, respectful, professional, and hardworking. He patiently listened to my many questions and answered them thoroughly in a way that I could understand. He worked hard and didn't stop until the job was complete. He dug down to my tank, pumped out both sides of the tank (liquids and solids), reburied the tank back to the way it was, and did all of this for a very reasonable price. I am quite impressed, and if I need any help with septic tank issues in the future, Rob England will be the one I call. Thank you, Rob!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had Rob to come out and pump our septic tank. He was very professional and friendly. He took his time and cleaned out our septic: leaving nothing. So gland we called England Septic. No problems dealing with him. GREAT SERVICE WORKED HARD!!!

First thing I wanna say is how amazing Mr. England was and professional!! He located our septic tank with no problem had it pumped and cleaned out within an hour. Look no further for any of your septic needs. Rob was vey communicative, follows up and does exactly what he says he’ll do. The septic system at our home had NEVER been pumped and needed a baffle repair. Rob came out, located our deep system, dug it out and got it pumped. A week later he came back with the parts for the repair and let me know when it was done. Rob is professional, friendly, hard working and knows what he’s doing. As a certified professional inspector, Rob will get any referrals my clients need for septic inspection and pumping.

I was having septic problems and so I called a septic company. They came out and did not try hard enough to find my septic Rob at England. Septic Came out and worked really hard to find it. AWESOME customer service! I called on a weekend and he showed up bright and early on Sunday to clean a blocked line and pump the system in less than an hour. Great customer service, personality and WORK EHTIC! Definitely saving him as our GO-TO for all things septic.

He came out yesterday and was very respectable and had the southern hospitality that you think of when you see "family owned". He knew what he was doing and worked hard to get it done. Mine was in a rather awkward place beside my walkway and he done great getting to it. Answered every question I had. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone!
