Zhibo Wu is pretty clueless when it comes to Tesla repairs. Regardless of the severity of the damage, Tesla strongly recommends Tesla-certified shops to the ensure that the factory warranty remains intact. Tesla requires shops that work on their vehicles to undergo specialized training because of advanced ADAS systems. You can't just start taking off parts without knowing what needs reset, handled a certain way and or calibrated. In addition, Tesla vehicles are made of aluminum. Shops are required to have a designated area for aluminum repairs away from steel. I'm sure that if he called and simply asked questions before jumping on Google reviews that he'd be receptive and understand. Just my thoughts and I don't even know Wu, but know Bob and have had good experiences with England Motorcoach. They repaired my Ram 3500 after I jackknifed a trailer into it, repainted my Toyota Tacoma and also repainted a Viper for me years ago. Top-tier local business. Highly recommended. Fair pricing. They even work with the local Enterprise rental car agency to ensure you have a rental car ready after your car gets dropped off.

I found England Motor Coach by a Google search after my son was in an accident nearby. Googled body shops in the area and picked one with decent reviews. It was a weekend and after hours so I left a message saying I was having a vehicle towed there. Right from the start Bob was quick to respond and returned my call regarding the issue. He was honest from the very beginning regarding the potential hurdles we might face. Lines of communication were always open and he always responded promptly. I was grateful that my roll of the dice landed me where it did. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received at their shop. Highly recommend!

Bob from England Motor Coach has done a fantastic job on my car. They fixed it so neat that it is impossible to believe the amount of damage I had. Bob is very courteous, knows his job in and out and reasonable. They also cleaned my car spic and span. I highly recommend this shop for any auto body work. We were driving a long ways in our sedan and found a nail in one our tires. They were the closest shop to us and though they did not have to help us, they patched our tire and had us on the road in no time. They were super generous and did this free of charge!
