After hearing great reviews from a previous satisfied customer, I contacted Energy Educators for a quote for a new unit with three heads to replace my current single split system. After a bit of confusion and a false start at the beginning when the quotes seemed to get mixed up, Anthony, David and Hunter turned up at 7:30 am and completed the installation by 1:30 pm, including testing of the unit and clearing up. They were all friendly, polite, and went about the business with a minimum of fuss. Thanks very much, guys. I appreciate the work that you all did. I think the only issue I had was that you did not turn the gas back on, but that was a minor problem and an easy fix. And I must give a big thank you to Sam, who came all the way out from Coburg to restart my gas hot water service. It was a long way to go to fix such a small issue, and I apologise for having interrupted your Saturday morning. Thanks again, Sam. All in all, I was very pleased with the installation, but I would suggest that the company inform customers of the correct time when the installers would be starting. I have no issues with a 7:30 start, but I was advised 9:00 and was still in bed when the team turned up. But apart from that and the quote mix-up, I am very happy with the result.

This review has been long due since July. Jo upgrade my heating and cooling system with a 5 head 18Kwh system and he was absolutely fantastic. his dealing was honest and straight forward. he did what he committed, on time and with clarity. He has an amazing team who started early and were done well before 3 pm. and the quality was excellent, they ensured every little area was water proofed neatly. Thank you Jo! all the best!

My mum is 84 years old and has been living without a working heater & literally no AC for many years. The government rebate is something everyone should know about, not only does it make it extremely affordable for a split system that’s energy efficient saving money in the long run. A huge thank you to Daniel for your service and taking care of mum choosing a system that’s reliable, affordable and great quality. And my mum was so very happy with the installation guys that even had the initiative to vacuum and clean up after the installation. So very happy I highly recommend Energy Educators, thanks again guys.

The experience we had with Energy Educators was a bit up and down, but overall, the work was completed efficiently. We originally experienced issues with booking in our service date, as well as receiving the wrong quote before beginning the work. The workers who completed the work were efficient and easy to welcome in, however rubbish from the job was left both outside in our backyard as well as bits and pieces out the front of the lawn. Whilst this was not a major issue, it feels worth noting. I would use this service again absolutely, thanks again Energy Educators :)

Karl did an excellent job installing the air conditioning in our salon. He was punctual, polite, and very easy to deal with. The installation was carried out efficiently and everything was left neat and tidy at the end 👍 What stood out most was the extra effort Karl took the time to explain how to properly clean and maintain our existing air-conditioning system, which was really helpful and not something you usually get. The system has made a huge difference to the heating and cooling for both staff and clients, and the space is already far more comfortable ❄️🔥 Would happily recommend Energy Educators to anyone needing air-conditioning installation or heating and cooling services. Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable.

After I made an enquiry with Energy Educators I received a call back very quickly. Mo was a great person to discuss an energy cost effective approach. Daniel came around to my house and explained exactly what was the best solution. Before I knew it Mo phoned back after sending me a couple of quotes that gave me an opportunity to decide what I wanted. I was most happy with the quotes and gave him my approval to go ahead asap. The team was very professional with the installation and they were all very great people. I recommend Energy Educators to the highest level.
