Home energy use has been on a downward trend for a while now and 2019-2020 was no different. In fact, energy use per household decreased by 5.4% last year. There are a number of factors that have contributed to this decrease, including the rise of energy-saving appliances and the growing popularity of smart homes. As more and more people become aware of the importance of saving energy, they are taking steps to make their homes more energy efficient. This is good news for the environment and it's also good news for our wallets!
