After hearing great reviews from a previous satisfied customer, I contacted Energy Educators for a quote for a new unit with three heads to replace my current single split system. After a bit of confusion and a false start at the beginning when the quotes seemed to get mixed up, Anthony, David and Hunter turned up at 7:30 am and completed the installation by 1:30 pm, including testing of the unit and clearing up. They were all friendly, polite, and went about the business with a minimum of fuss. Thanks very much, guys. I appreciate the work that you all did. I think the only issue I had was that you did not turn the gas back on, but that was a minor problem and an easy fix.
And I must give a big thank you to Sam, who came all the way out from Coburg to restart my gas hot water service. It was a long way to go to fix such a small issue, and I apologise for having interrupted your Saturday morning. Thanks again, Sam.
All in all, I was very pleased with the installation, but I would suggest that the company inform customers of the correct time when the installers would be starting. I have no issues with a 7:30 start, but I was advised 9:00 and was still in bed when the team turned up. But apart from that and the quote mix-up, I am very happy with the result.
