Great service. The work that Jamie and Eric did was quality work. Jamie showed up when he said he would, on time to give me an estimate and to start the job. It was a very reasonable estimate and completed the work in a timely manner.. I hired him to replace a door at my home. Once they started the job, there were some foundation issues that came up. They both explained the situation, gave me options, even the option to back out of the job if I wanted to and after agreeing to proceed, completed the job as we agreed on. Even with the obstacles, how much he charged me was very reasonable. Actually better than I expected. I loved his work so much that I asked him to install some gutter guards, which I wouldn’t have even thought of doing until Jamie suggested it. I was about to hire someone to clean my gutters which I would’ve had to hire every year. Jamie suggested the gutter guards and now I don’t have to hire anyone to clean my gutters again.. Why didn’t I think of that?!! Do yourself a favor and call Jamie!!!

Encompass did an excellent job converting a half-bath into a full bath. The appearance of the finished work exceeded our expectations. All of the craftsmen were courteous and did a good job of cleanup and controlling dust within the work area. Jamie, the owner, is very observant and contributed several good ideas. He also did well to cope with unexpected problems during the course of the job. Costs were kept under control, and good communication was maintained throughout. I would recommend Encompass for remodeling--as well as Traditions Tile, who helped us select our new tile.
