What should I do if I’m being harassed at work?
Sexual Harassment: unwanted sexual advances that are so severe or pervasive that they permeate the workplace.
1. Report the sexual harassment. Provide the company notice of the sexual harassment. Indicate what was done, who were the bad actors, and how it has made you feel.
2. Create and preserve a written record of the sexual harassment.
3. Do not fear retaliation. Reporting sexual harassment is a protected activity.
4. Do not go along with the harassment.

Acoso sexual: insinuaciones sexuales no deseadas que son tan graves y/o generalizadas
1. No seguir la corriente al acosador. No debe haber indicios de que los avances o insinuaciones fueron correspondidos.
2. Reportar el acoso sexual. Informar al empleador sobre el acoso sexual. Indica qué sucedió, qué se dijo, y quién o quiénes lo hicieron.
3. NO TEMAS LAS REPRESALIAS. Reportar el acoso sexual es una actividad protegida.
4. Crear y preservar un registro escrito del acoso sexual. Guardar pruebas como mensajes de texto o correos electrónicos.
