Sam and his crew took amazing care of our project, budget, and property. They went above and beyond to make it look wonderful, make the steep slope usable, and to create a wonderful atmosphere around our cabin. We are now able to use the entire area instead of only a fraction. Worth every penny.

My wife and I received a bid from Empire Walls and Hardscapes in November of 2020. At that time, we were told the project would be done in December. When we called in December, we were told they do not do projects in December and that we had to wait until Spring. We then called again in March and were told it was too wet, but that the project would be done in April. Called in April and were told May. Called in May and were told June. At that time, the owner stopped returning my wife's calls and did not respond to emails. I was able to get ahold of the owner in June, and he told me he is not in charge of scheduling but that it would be done in July. We are now still waiting on our project to start, and the owner is not responding to emails or phone messages again. We have done many projects in our home and this is the worst customer service experience we have ever faced. I will update this review should we ever hear back from the company and have our project completed, but we are currently looking for other companies.

Best around if this is what you need. I wouldn't suggest anyone else.
