If I could I would leave 10 stars! Gideons hard work and dedication is second to none! I had laid 4 gallons of sealant On my stamped concrete patio! I tried for two weeks to try to remove it and Was unsuccessful! That’s when I reached out to Gideon. He came in and did an assessment and went right to work. I can honestly say I didn’t think it would be possible To remove all of the Sealant. With hours of hard work and determination he was able to get all the sealer off! I couldn’t be happier With the end result! Even after getting the sealer off it did splash on the house and once again he tackled that as well and made our home look like new. If you’re looking for hard-working, dedicated individual to clean your house and other items, definitely hire him! Here are some after and before pictures!

Highly recommended. The front of my house doesn't get direct sunlight so it had a lot of green mold / algae growing on it this Spring. I used Empire softwash to power wash my house to clean this up. Gideon did a great job. Even took care of the moss that was starting to show in the roof. He was very detailed . Even cleaning around the light fixtures . Extremely pleased with the outcome and would definitely use Gideon and his power wash service again.

Had a good roof soft wash and gutter clean out and brightening cleaning. We had a bunch of stubborn moss on the northern side of our roof and they were more than willing to help get our roof looking perfect again. They were very communicative and would recommend them to a friend!

Gideon from Empire Softwash professionals did an excellent Pressure Washing cleaning job on the concrete in front of our ice cream business. Since he is the owner of the company, he takes a lot of pride in his work and really cares about doing a great job for the customer. We had a lot of stuck on bubblegum on our concrete that had turned black and he was able to remove all of it with his specialized, scrubbers and wands and nozzles. He has all the technology and specialized tools needed to do a job well done. I would highly recommend him and we plan on using him again.

I contacted Empire Softwash back in January to schedule an early spring softwash for our home. Gideon Dawes responded promptly and confirmed the appointment without any hassle. We had recently moved into a new development, and with all the construction activity around us, a lot of dirt had built up on our dark blue siding. The initial cleaning did a great job, but due to the heavy buildup, a few areas needed a second pass. Empire Softwash came back out and made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned. Their follow-up and commitment to quality really stood out. I appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail throughout the process.
