Very nice establishment! They have a massage chair for you while you wait to be seated. TVs in abundance, while you are getting your work done. Staff is super friendly and good to be around. They actively show you your x rays and explain things so you actually UNDERSTAND what you’re getting and why. The staff and Adonis gave me tips and advice on how to maintain my teeth as well. If you’re new to Charlotte and are looking for a Dentist Office, I highly recommend Empire.

I had the most amazing experience with the staff of Empire Dental Group. I won’t go in to details about the work that was done for me; however, I will say that I’ve never felt more comfortable that I did during my visit. Immediately upon arrival, I was greeted as if they’ve known me for years by every employee in the office! My initial screening/intake was done by Adonis. He made sure that I was comfortable by engaging in conversations with me and ensuring that any procedure that I may have would be as painless as possible. I was offered noise reduction headphones, a pillow, and blanket if needed. Afterwards, I met Dr and Ms Ifedi who both relaxed my fears of visiting dentists. I recommended any and every one to use this practice for any dental procedures.

When I entered I was greeted with a hello in unison from the staff, to include the doctor himself. Everyone is so kind and professional. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing because every person I encountered was so kind. They offer you coffee, tea or water as well. The office is pristinely clean. I have had horrible experiences at dental offices, growing up poor and unable to afford the best dental care, I was ridiculed and instead of treating me like a person they were rude and judgmental. I experienced none of this at Empire Dental. Every procedure I needed was explained in detail. Overall this was a great experience and I am making this my primary dental care for myself and my daughter.

This is the best dental experience I ever had. It's very clean calming the staff is friendly n accommodating n attentive. I can't believe how comfortable I felt. It definitely helps helps that they looked like me lol

Professionalism from the start of my appointment until the end. Dr. Ifedi and the staff were exceptional offering detailed options and ample amount of time for Q/A. Immaculate and comforting environment. Tee, my hygienist was wonderful. So, in total you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I cannot over emphasize how impressed i was with the service . More than anything the youth and entergy that I experienced does not match anything I have ever experienced. Im most impressed how the whole office experience these young people showed professinalism,class, humility, and over all compassion. I will contnue to pray for these young people and hold them dear for not only the service but contnued entergy and prosperity in each one lives. Top shelf service. Try them.

Great office! Every single one of the staff members were very nice. They took great care of me and really set the tone from my first office visit. Great amenities as well (lounge area, warm blankets, drinks, Netflix, etc).

When you walk in you are greeted with a smile and respect. I was given a tour which was very impressive. Staff was kind as well as professional. Everything was sterile.very clean environment. I was able to enjoy a great mesagè while waiting on my husband. The Dr. Was great with professional work manners, made you feel like you mattered. Overall great place with professional staff.
