Martin was a 6 out of 5 stars. Professional as well as friendly. He knows more about Ireland than any tour guide we could have gotten on the ship. He will be our first call when we go back to Belfast.

Martin is a total professional. The van we took was top shelf. The rate was reasonable. We needed a ride from Belfast to Royal County Down and then onto Dublin after playing golf. Martin was on time and waiting for us when we left in the AM. Waited for us and was ready to go when we were and stopped along the was for refreshments. Overall a great day made better by this exceptional service.

We could not have asked for a better tour and tour guide! I was visiting Belfast with my mom and brother, who uses a wheelchair. The vehicle was roomy and comfortable. More importantly, Martin was incredibly accommodating and kind, as well as very informative and entertaining. He brought us to sites we had on our list, and he showed us beautiful places we would not have known of otherwise! We learned so much about Ireland from him. The views at Murlough Bay were breathtaking, and the ice cream we ate by Dunluce Castle was such a nice treat :) We’d recommend Martin to anyone visiting the area—he went above and beyond to show us a lovely time. Definitely at the top of our experiences in our two-week trip to Ireland and the UK. If you’re looking for a private driving tour, Martin is your guy!

The experience my family and I had with Martin was perfect. When he arrived at the hotel in the morning, we mentioned a couple points of interest but left the itinerary mostly up to him. Over the next 7, 8, or 9 hours- I don’t know, time flies when you’re having this much fun- Martin educated us on the current-day Troubles, wound up at the Giant’s Causeway, and showed us so many of the most beautiful places in North Ireland in between. At every stop, he lifted me into my wheelchair and helped push when needed, seeing that I wouldn’t miss a thing. He even bought us all ice cream from a local dairy. How nice can a guy be? Martin gave us a day we’ll remember forever.

First time using Empire Chauffeurs & it will not be the last as it was First Class Service. Communication before the trip was excellent- questions were answered efficiently & professionally. Six Family Members were collected & Martin drove to Dublin Airport at 3am, he was polite and drove perfectly. Martin is a very confident driver & I would recommend using this service from Empire as it is well worth the money and saves all the hassle of travelling by car or bus.
