The Staff from reception to the Dr are very professional and very respectful they are guiding the patient very politely and very carfuly and motivating them to forgive what actually the problem was so I really appreciate the way I was there and I have done my back pain treatment with Dr Muhlam who was so polite and professional. I visited Emirates European Hospital, Sharjah, and overall had a good experience. The general physician was very professional and attentive. The insurance prices were quite reasonable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The only issue I noticed was that all the promotional content displayed on the LED screens in the reception area was only in Arabic. For non-Arabic-speaking residents, it’s difficult to understand and benefit from the offers. Since Sharjah has a large population of non-Arabic speakers from countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, the Philippines, and many others, it would be great if the hospital could also display promotional information in English. That small change would make the hospital experience even more inclusive and convenient for everyone.

I never seen such good & Polite Staff and rafid work as i seen here .Doctor consultation was very friendly and supportive and untill medicine very smoothe and quick service.I am totally statisfied and rate 10/10 .
