Emilia's Crafted Pasta (Canary Wharf)

Emilia’s at Canary Wharf offers a wonderful taste of fresh Italian food in a truly wholesome and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the restaurant felt inviting, with a relaxed yet vibrant setting that made it perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal. The ambience strikes a great balance between modern and cosy, making it an ideal spot for both casual dining and a great place to catch up with friends. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating an experience that felt genuinely warm rather than rushed. Their enthusiasm for the menu and willingness to help made the visit even more enjoyable. For my starter, I had the Olives, which was marinated, flavourful, and a great introduction to the quality of ingredients Emilia’s is known for. For the main course, I chose the pistachio pesto pasta, which was the highlight of the meal. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the pistachio pesto was rich, creamy, and beautifully balanced without being overwhelming. It tasted fresh, indulgent, and nutty. To finish, I had the cheesecake for dessert. It was light yet satisfying, with just the right level of sweetness to end the meal on a high note. Overall, Emilia’s Canary Wharf delivers delicious Italian food, a wholesome atmosphere, and outstanding service that makes you want to return.

Gorgeous little restaurant with incredible pasta dishes including great vegan and vegetarian options. The pistachio pesto is my favourite, its absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were just as good! The staff were super friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and the place had a really relaxed friendly vibe. I took my parents here and they loved their dishes, so much so they haven’t stopped recommending it to people since. Thanks for such a lovely evening. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

Pasta was fine, a bit too hard. Waiter forgot to get us menu and bill twice tho, the service can be improved

Really enjoyed the food here; the pasta was amazing and clearly freshly made. The service was good and the whole experience was straightforward. Highly recommended if you’re in Canary Wharf and want a proper good meal.

We find this place as a casualty when we were around Canary Wharf during the Winter Light event. Well pasta dishes, and enjoyable sized. Everything went good and we left happy. Good service by our waiter Saty. We will come back maybe in other branches. Clean and cosy toilet.

Very disappointed at the customer service here. The staff is not listening, I need to repeat a few time to get my order right. And their expressions are not welcoming. And they are side-eyeing all customers. Plus for the attached photos, we ordered the dessert 2scoops of gelato and 1 affogato. It’s took them nearly 15mins. I am pretty sure they for get to take it out after scooping it. Honestly the experience is not as expected, saved the restaurant in my “need to go” list but will I come back again? Not really.

It was very underwhelming mainly because of the consumed and poor service. The staff was very un-customer-friendly. Any request we made they shunned it down. When I asked for extra mushroom topping, I was denied it, even though I was willing to pay for it. One of my friends wanted hot water, she was also denied it, and the reason was that they’re not allowed to give hot water which is so strange - I’ve never heard this in a restaurant. The pastas are also very okay. Overall, not value for money in my opinion. I did like the bruschetta and the salad though. It would have been a better experience if the staff was more customer and customisation friendly.

We had the loveliest lunch at Emilia's, the service, food was all sensational! Best homemade pasta in London. Would highly recommend! Angelio was our waiter and he was simply fantastic, he made our experience!

We had such a fresh, delicious meal! Angelo, our server, was incredible - so attentive and kind while also proving great advice and explanations into how the pasta is made! We can’t wait to come back - everything was perfect!

Food was so tasty. I had the carbonara and it was made perfectly and my girlfriend had pistachio pasta. Both plates were empty. Our server was maya and she provided us with great service. Would recommend this place!!
