I was in search of an l322 range rover. Once I found this one, I contacted the employee who listed it marketplace. I then drove from Georgia to purchase this vehicle for my wife and, boy was it worth it! it appeared to be such a well-cared for example, and such a good price I didn’t really care to negotiate much. However; On the way back, I started experiencing problems with the transmission. I reached out to Ramzi and he told me to keep him updated in case a fluid and filter change solved the issue. Once I got the vehicle back to GA, not only did I have the fluid and filter changed, I had the seals and solenoids replaced as well. Nonetheless the issue still remained. I expressed my frustration and that employee stopped responding and turned out to not be a man of his word. Once Omar found out about this situation. He contacted me, fired that employee and a transporter dispatched, to pick up the vehicle the next day! within a week he had the problem solved and vehicle shipped back to me! You Just don’t find many honorable men like Omar, especially in business/dealerships. I truly appreciate Omar and look forward to purchasing another vehicle from him because he is a man of his word and actually cares about the customers! Words can’t express my gratitude towards Omar. All I can say Is Thank you for being a man of integrity and a man of your word !
