I honestly can’t say enough good things about Robert, Emergency Restoration TN. I am beyond impressed and extremely happy with the entire experience. I had water damage ant my condo and It took more than two months before the actual repair work could finally begin — lots of “he said, she said” along the way from insurance company 🙄. Throughout the whole process, the company had great communication with me and always made me feel like they were truly looking out for my best interest as the homeowner. As soon as the insurance company approved the work, everything moved very quickly. The project was completed much faster than I expected, and the quality of the work was excellent. They repaired the drywall, replaced the flooring throughout my home, and completed the painting as well. What impressed me the most was how well they took care of my home during the entire process. They were professional, respectful, organized, and made a stressful situation so much easier for me. After dealing with this water damage for months, finally seeing my home put back together — and looking beautiful again — was such a huge relief. I am beyond pleased with the final result and truly grateful for how they handled everything from beginning to end. Repaired significant damage when ice storm in Jan 2026 caused large tree to demolish back screened in deck, destroyed sky light window in kitchen, tore off gutters- ER was very professional, excellent repairs, very hard working employees, kept us informed of process, status of repairs, discussed steps involved. Robert and his team did great work to return our basement following a flood from a pipe leak. Under a strict timeline, his team worked hard with excellent quality and craftsmanship to put it all together in time for family. Highly impressed and would recommend.

I cannot begin to say how wonderful Robert, Caleb and the team from Emergency Restoration were in dealing with our home damage from the ice storm. From day one, Robert was super responsive and explained the process of dealing with insurance to get things fixed. Our insurance adjuster was an absolute pain to deal with but Robert handled it perfectly and gave great guidance. The work was completed in a timely manner once the insurance issue was settled. Our house is as good as it ever was! I HIGHLY recommend them to all who need a great contractor.

Robert and the team at Emergency Restoration TN were a lifesaver after a tree contractor dropped a tree on our home, damaging the roof, siding, and punching through a bedroom wall. Other companies declined to work with us as soon as they heard it was a third-party insurance claim. Robert’s team was the complete opposite. They showed up within the hour, before the tree company even left, to tarp the house and assess the damage. Robert then fought the insurance company on our behalf, using his knowledge of Tennessee law and the claims processes to get us the full funding we were rightfully owed. Once the claim settled, his team was back within days and did excellent work matching the siding, shingles, and paint. They communicated well, cleaned up after themselves, and treated our family with real kindness during a stressful time. I understand they also do general contracting, not just emergency restoration. If we ever need more work on our home, Robert and Emergency Restoration TN will be my first call. I’ll be recommending them to family and friends as well.

The guys at Emergency Restoration TN did a great job after a the massive Nashville ice storm got the worst of our garage apartment with major flooding and water damage from a pipe burst. Robert, Caleb and their team showed up within the hour to assess the water damage and begin mitigation. They stuck to their repair timeline, understood and supported the insurance process with me and within a few months had our hardwood floors, plumbing, insulation, drywall, kitchen cabinetry, appliances and paint as good as new.
