The early morning before a major snow storm, my heat decided to stop working. One call to Ray, and he was there in an hour. Keep in mind, this was minutes before the storm was scheduled to hit. He fixed the problem promptly and professionally. It was a pleasure to experience service like this, the way it use to be. The cost was very reasonable, especially with the circumstances at the time. I told him to this personally, and I wanted to share this with all of you now. Add this company to your contacts for all your heating needs, you won't be disappointed.

We are so grateful for Ray and Emergence Response Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning! On a Friday night in November after retuning home from being gone all day, we discovered our furnace was not working and probably had not worked since the night before (the house was already chilly). We called multiple big-name companies, all of which charged an after-hours fee and charged hundreds of dollars just to arrive. One company charged 400$ just to arrive on the weekend, not including any services performed! We then called Ray at Emergency Response, and we are so happy we did. Ray was able to fit us in at 8 the next morning, arrived promptly, worked quickly, had an eye for customer cost-savings, and was frank and helpful. He even taught us a little as he went along. At the end of our visit, the cost was completely reasonable and ultimately cost less than $300 for our after-hours visit which included the purchase and installation of a new thermostat. Finally, when our furnace stopped working again the next day, Ray came right back, within an hour of my call, and got it working again at no cost. Ray stands by his work, and there is no doubt in my mind who we will call or recommend the next time we or a friend has heating issues.

Such great service! Resolved issues so quickly! I even had an emergency with my boiler in one of the storms and Chris fit me in his busy schedule the very next day! He was also very informative, teaching this West Coaster how steam heat works!

I called Ray last evening and said I had a situation and couldn’t be available until the afternoon today. Ray came in accommodated my time fix the situation was extremely professional and outstanding service provided. I would recommend R&E service and will definitely use them again in my family’s housing and neighbor, quick, reliable, professional and thoroughly knowledge. Thank you Ray And company..

Ray cam in on a Monday after being contacted for a quote. he surveyed the situation and determined what plumbing parts and tools he needed to buy or bring. He arrived at 7 am Tuesday and the job was completed that day! Excellent service !

When you are up at Midnight with no heat. and Your husband is trying his best to get us heat. Well he couldn't fix it himself. so he contacted Emergency Response Plumbing and Heating and Air Conditioning. He answered his text at 3:00 am and said he would be at our house between 7 am and 9 am he arrived at 7:30 am and fixed our issue Thank you so much greatly appreciate you. I highly recommend this company.

Called this company out of the blue. My furnace just stopped. I know a little about this furnace.tried a few things. No luck. Talked to Ray , he walked me thru some things. And there you go, it started right up. He discussed other things that might happen and told me what to do. Thank God for people like this in this country. We need more people like Ray and his company. Thank you very much Ray. I appreciate your help. A+++++.

These guys came on a Friday evening to check out the damage and if I needed a new hot water tank. It was determined quickly my tank was cracked and they were back the next morning to install a new tank!! Recommended a company to clean up the water mess which were at my house quickly as well. An awful experience but was handled very professionally.

Fast response, tech was good. Would like a detailed receipt not just total. Was a little surprised at the cost. Wasn't told the cost of parts before the install. To be fare I didn't ask.

I had a plumbing issue this Saturday. Ray took the phone and helped me address the problem promptly. He was extremely understanding—for someone with zero plumbing background, an error in the heating system can be cause for panic. The problem was fixed thanks to his professional suggestions. A million thanks to Ray! He and his team are definitely the best backup for us Rhode Islanders.
